The upper level of the catch grouping. Each species belongs to a fish category. Tick Double-weigh for categories (e.g. Albacore) whose totes must be weighed once off the boat and again when loaded onto a truck.
Species appear in the dropdown (filtered by fish category) when an operator opens a boat load.
Customers (buyers) you sell to. Manage the list here; each row is saved independently. Set a customer Inactive to hide it from pick-lists without deleting its history.
